Julie offers a free 15 minute courtesy consultation over the phone to all who wish to explore having a session with her so that she and the prospective client can get to know each other better and ensure that both client and practitioner are the ‘right match’.
Regarding QHHT and BQH sessions, once you and Julie have agreed a suitable date, Julie will send you a formal booking confirmation email with further instructions and preparation guidance. Upon receipt of the booking confirmation email, you are expected to pay a 50% deposit in order to secure the appointment. This will be due within 2 days of receipt of the email. The deposit is non-refundable, however, where possible and convenient for both parties, the session can be rescheduled to another date.
The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 7 days before the agreed appointment date. If the appointment is booked 7 or less days before the session, then the full 100% will be due for payment.
In case of last-minute cancellations which are notified within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a partial refund will be refunded (50% of the cost of the session). The deposit, however, is non-refundable, however, where possible and convenient for both parties, the session can be rescheduled to another date.
