Wow what an incredible healing session Julie held for me. I went to Julie for a QHHT session and she made me feel incredibly welcome in her home. Julie has such a calming energy that makes you feel safe and comfortable. She gave me so much of her time to help me work through the reasons I was there. Firstly, we had a very long chat about what I wanted to get out of the session and within that time she gave me, it had healed me in so many ways before we even got to the hypnosis part. She is so patient and gave me all of the time I needed to unravel my fears, traumas and patterns that I need to work through. When we started the hypnosis in the comfortable space she had provided, it was so easy to follow her guidance and it was incredible how she opened my mind for me to connect with my higher self and go through my past lives. Highly recommend this therapy... I had an amazing experience when Julie did this for me. It felt so amazing and I saw the most beautiful colours, I could also feel my late mum and see a white light which I know my mum was with me. My higher self also told me things that I know I need to pay attention to. One of my past lives showed me eating certain foods that I know I have an intolerance to and subsequently in this past live it looks like I may have died due to this. Amazing experience, and I would love to do it again.
